Privacy policy

This policy explains how Coodie handles the personal data you share when you join the waitlist on this page. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Vannia Rharbaoui, trading as Coodie, based in Rome (Lazio), Italy.

What data we collect
- Your email address, which you type into the form.
- Your choice about marketing emails: the optional box “Also send me launch news and offers”. It is never pre-ticked.
- Sign-up context: the page and spot where you signed up, the page you came from (referrer) and campaign tags in the link (UTM), if any.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser type (user agent), recorded at sign-up to prevent abuse and to prove when and how you gave consent.
- Email activity: whether our emails are delivered or clicked, and if you unsubscribe.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decisions.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel Inc.: hosts the system that receives the form.
- Neon Inc.: stores the database with the waitlist.
- Resend: sends the emails.
- jsDelivr: delivers the animation scripts of this page, so it sees your IP address when the page loads (see the cookie policy). The font is served by this site.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Email and marketing choice: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Technical data and proof of consent: 24 months after you leave the list, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time with the “Unsubscribe” link in every email or by writing to coodie.studio@gmail.com. If you think your data is handled unlawfully, you can complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
Minors
The waitlist is for professionals. It is not meant for people under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
