Who I am
Transparency builds trust.
Coodie is me: a designer and developer who works solo. I exist because handing someone your brand should not feel like a leap of faith. I teach before I sell, I show my process while it happens, and I write down what I learn, including what went wrong.
What I believe
Most agencies sell confidence and hide process. I think that is backwards. A client who understands what they are paying for, phase by phase, deliverable by deliverable, is a better client, and gets a better result.
So everything I do is designed to be legible: written strategies you can question, wireframes before design, design before code, case studies that include the road not taken. If you finish reading this site and never hire me, but understand your own project better, the site did its job.
Why "AI Ready"
I watched search change in real time: clients started arriving saying "I asked ChatGPT and it didn't mention us". The tools businesses use to be found were built for a world with one front door, and that world is ending.
Instead of treating that as a new thing to sell, I made it the way I build everything. That is the AI Ready Framework, and it applies to every project that leaves here.
