I am not hiring. You write to me anyway, so I may as well say how it works. Two routes, no interview.
What happens next
Pick the route that fits you and fill in the form. I reply within two business days, even when the answer is no.
You bring the project. You point me to a business that needs a brand or a site. I handle the rest.

How you get in
For the Collaborator role only. Partners do not go through this.
Portfolio
Three live sites you made yourself. Not mockups, not templates.
Brief test
One page, five days, the same brief for everyone. Hierarchy, mobile, and how well you understood the client's business are what count.
First project
I approve it before delivery. Then you are in.
The form
Before you apply
Can I apply as a Partner with no experience in the field?
Yes. The Partner role needs no technical skill. You only need to know someone who needs a brand or a site.
When is the percentage paid?
After the client has paid, never before. I send you a summary of what came in and your share.
Why is there a selection if there is no salary?
Because whoever works on the projects represents Coodie in front of the client. The studio name comes before filling a list.
If I do not pass the selection, can I try again?
Yes, after three months and with new projects in your portfolio.
Do you only work in Italy?
No. All the work is remote and in writing, in Italian or English.
